Rules for the "State" moves:
a. If one is absent in any 3 tests, user name will be moved into “Not Active” group
b. If old test is missing and another recent test is absent, user name will be moved into “Not Active” group
c. New comers will be observed for 2 months and then decision will be made to move user name to other states
d. If one is absent for 6 or more tests, user moodle account will be moved into "Moodle Account Likely to be Removed"
e. Any time, user can reopen Moodle account after the permission from HG Paramesvara Prabhuji, if the user wants to continue the courses again.
f. It is very subjective to move users into “Sincere and Serious”, you can think of criteria such as submitting assignments within timeline, attending clsses in person or listening lectures online before writing the exams etc. Given the nature of assessing, there might be errors. Please don't hesitate to discuss with me.
